Chicago/Milwaukee East Side: 94 from Chicago to 143 N approx 26 mi (left Lane) to 57 N to 28 W (Waldo); 5 mi and Hilly Haven is on the left. Watch for sign - turn on to gravel drive, proceed approx .5 mi to Hilly Haven entrance. Milwaukee West Side: Take 45 N (past West Bend) then east on Hwy H (at stop light) to Hwy 144 N (at stop sign) to Hwy 28 E (stay with 28 E) approx 10 mi and Hilly Haven is on the right. Watch for sign - turn on to gravel drive, proceed approx .5 mi to Hilly Haven entrance. Green Bay/Manitowoc/Two Rivers/Sheboygan: 143 S to 28 W; 18 mi and Hilly Haven is on the left. Watch for Sign - turn on to gravel drive, proceed approx .5 mi to Hilly Haven entrance. Appleton/Oshkosh/Fond du Lac: 41 S to B east to 45 S to F east to 28 W, 1 mi on 28 West and Hilly Haven is on the left. 41 S to 23 E to 57 S to 28 W (Waldo); 5 mi and Hilly Haven is on the left.
