From Washington DC:Take Route 66 west to Rt 29 south (Gainesville exit) to Culpeper, take Rt 15 south (Orange, Montpelier exit) to Gordonsville, from Gordonsville take Rt 15 south and 33 east, at the Rts 15 south and 33 east split stay on Rt 33 east 4.5 mi to Rt 749 south (right hand turn) and proceed 1.7 mi to resort. From Northern Virginia (Springfield/Alexandria area):Take I95 south to Rt 3 west (exit 130B (Fredericksburg), take Rt 3 west to Rt 20 south, turn left onto Rt 20 approx 23 mi to Rt 15 south, turn left onto Rt 15 south approx 12 mi to Gordonsville, take Rt 15 south and Rt 33 east, at the Rts 15 south and 33 east split stay on Rt 33 east 4.5 mi to Rt 749 south (right hand turn) and proceed 1.7 mi to resort. From Charlottesville:Take I64 east to Rt 15 north (exit 136), go 11 mi to Rt 33 east, take Rt 33 east 4.5 mi to Rt 749 south (right hand turn) and proceed 1.7 mi to resort. From Northern Charlottesville:Take Rt 29 north to Ruckersville, make a right turn onto Rt 33 east, go approx 18 mi to Gordonsville, from Gordonsville take Rt 15 south and 33 east, at the Rts 15 south and 33 east split stay on Rt 33 east 4.5 mi to Rt 749 south (right hand turn) and proceed 1.7 mi to resort. From Roanoke:Take I81 north to I64 east, take Rt 15 north (exit 136), go 11 mi to Rt 33 east, take Rt 33 east 4.5 mi to Rt 749 south (right hand turn)and proceed 1.7 mi to resort. From Northwestern Virginia and Western Maryland:Take I81 south to Rt 33 east, go approx 1 hr to Gordonsville, take Rt 15 south and Rt 33 east, at the Rts 15 south and 33 east split stay on Rt 33 east 4.5 mi to Rt 749 (right hand turn) and proceed 1.7 mi to resort.

See our addtl listing in Cabin/Condo section. RV Area: The RV area has all weather sites with water, electric and sewer hook-up. Pull-thru sites are available. Each site has a fire ring, charcoal grill and picnic table. These state-of-the-art RV sites come with furnished patios and summer kitchens. Some add personal hot tubs and stainless steel barbecue grills. Key Resort Policies for RV: We require a first nights room rate as a deposit to make a reservation. Minimum Check-In Age: 21. Deposit/Incidentals: A security deposit of $50 in the form of a credit card authorization is required at time of check-in. For guests without a credit card, a $50 refundable cash deposit is required. Unit Check-In/Check-Out: 4 PM/11 AM EST. A late check-out fee of $25 per room will be assessed for departures after this time. RV Sites Check-In: 2 PM at the security gate on Ten Minute Dr. Parking: On site parking at no charge. One vehicle per unit. Auxiliary parking available. Smoking: Not permitted in any units. Pets: Not permitted, except when staying in personal RV. RV Site Pet Policy: When staying in personal RV unit, owners may bring a maximum of 2ea household pets (cats or dogs) each under 50 lbs. Pets are not permitted in any resort buildings. All pets must be kept on leash at all times and shall not be left unattended. Owners are responsible for the sanitary disposal of pet’s waste. RV Site Rules: Folding Camping Trailers (pop-ups), Truck Campers, and Class B (van conversion types) are not allowed. One tent allowed with RV. Maximum number of persons who may occupy a campsite is eight (8). ATVs (4-wheelers) are not allowed, only licensed motorized bikes and cycles. Golf carts are allowed when driven by licensed driver and must be parked in designated areas. Resort RV Unit Rules: Pod A: Fiddlebow Grove (sites 427-466), Pod B: Nathaniel Grove (sites 467-493) or Pod C: Cherrytree Grove (sites 401-423). RV must be less than or equal to the maximum RV length allotted for the site. All sites will accept an RV up to 40 feet in length. All sites currently have water, sewer, electric (Deluxe and Elite 50 AMP, Presidential 100 AMP), and cable hook ups. WIFI (wireless internet service) is available within the campgrounds. Satellite dishes are permitted. Owner is responsible for providing proper cables or connectors. All sites will have a gas grill, fire ring, seating arrangement and asphalt pad. Two shower/bath houses are available throughout the campground. Laundry facilities are available at the bath houses. Owners who arrive late will need to check-in with security. Trash Left On Campsite: Management discretion and review to determine charges (possible minimum $40 fee). Maximum Site Occupancy: The maximum number of people who may occupy a campsite is eight (8). Tent Policy: RV sites cannot be used solely for tent camping. One small tent is permissible ONLY when accompanied by an RV on the same site location. Cancellations and Refunds: All cancellations for a full refund must be made 72 hours prior to arrival. All other cancellations are non-refundable and subject to a first nights billing.
