Nestled on the banks of the Elk Reservoir in Cumberland City, Tennessee lies Elk Harbor Lakeside RV Park. Our park sits in the middle of a sportsman's paradise in the Cross Creeks National Wildlife Refuge, consisting of 8,862 acres of open water, marsh, cropland and woodlands that support an abundant wildlife population. The Elk Reservoir boat ramp is located 4/10 of a mile away from our campground. For those who prefer the Cumberland River, the river launch ramp is less than 2 miles away from our park.
