New York City/Newark, NJ:Rte 80 to Stroudsburg, Rte 380 to Scranton, Rte 81 to Binghamton, Rte 17 to Elmira, Rte 14 to Geneva, left 6 mi south of Geneva at Whites Point into Armstrong Rd (just after Billsboro Winery on your left), continue up hill and turn right into driveway by the Cobtree Sign. Rochester Airport NY:Rte 390 to Interstate Rte 90 (EB), Rte 90 to Exit 42, right onto Rte 14 heading south through Geneva until you go past the American Legion, the Belhurst Castle, Ports Restaurant and Roys Marina, at 3rd Whites Point sign turn right into Armstrong Rd, continue up hill and turn right into the driveway by the Cobtree sign.
