The ample brick patio offers lounge chairs, your private gas grill, and all you need for a cook out or just a happy hour with your loved one, while watching a spectacular sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. The Beach View Suite has a spacious living room and pull out sofa. In the bedroom is an excellent quality king size bed and the bedroom has a double sink and a shower. Our suite and cottages are designed to make your stay comfortable. They are colorful and tropically furnished with high emphasis on quality. The kitchens have all the amenities like blenders, microwaves, stoves, full size refrigerators and dishwashers. Washer and dryer on premises. All units have high speed internet access, Beach Chairs and Beach Umbrellas. Beach Palms of Siesta Key Village is located just 25 mins from Sarasota Intl Airport. We are just a good hour from Tampa Intl Airport. The Tampa and Clearwater Beaches are well known for their beauty. Siesta Key Beach, however, is famous for its beautiful white sand and has been ranked under the top vacation beaches in the State of Florida, Continental USA and Worldwide. All accomadations have free highspeed internet access, free beach chairs and umbrellas, fully equipped kitchens with dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. Individualy controlled AC and heat, cable TV, VCR, telephone, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, juicer, and refrigerator. Some have a dishwasher. Linens and towels provided.

All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to a $150 administrative fee plus cancellations charges are as follows: within 60 days-30% charge, within 30 days-50% charge, & within 15 days-100% charge.
