Notes

This is a unique property has a main house plus a guest house on a private fenced-in 1/2 acre lot. It is one house off the Caloosahatchee River on a dead end street. It is truly a rental property with a bed & breakfast feel. Wood floors throughout, lots of natural light, gorgeous covered veranda overlooking an over-sized heated pool. The house was built in 1925 and lovingly restored by the current owners.
